How this is calculated
Gochar is read from your natal Moon sign (Phaladeepika 26.1). Sign-change dates are computed with Swiss Ephemeris and Lahiri ayanamsa (mean node for Rahu–Ketu) and match Drik Panchang's dates; clock times can differ between almanacs, so only dates are given. A transit colours the year — your natal chart, Ashtakavarga and running dasha decide how strongly it lands (BPHS Ch. 57).
